This is the best UHaul service I received at UHaul. In Montreal and Laval, the employees are not very competent and not very polite; they are young people who do not want to work there. I go sometimes, but now as much as I can, I go to the Telmosse convenience store for the cottage. The couple who manage the convenience store have been residents of Mont-Tremblant for several decades; they are very friendly and helpful. The customer service they offer goes far beyond what can be achieved elsewhere at UHaul, including Montreal and Laval.
