Cette fromagerie offre de très bons produits. Certains contiennent malheureusement des substances laitières modifiées, dont on ne connaît pas la provenance. Personnellement, je ne consomme aucun fromage en contenant, par respect pour les fromagers qui ont à coeur d’utiliser entièrement le lait et la crème de nos producteurs laitiers.
