There's a lot to love, and then there's a lot of frustrating things that could be easily remedied.
    Pros:
    • Great setting, nice lake without any other development
    • Beautiful indoor swimming pool, with steam room, cold pool and jacuzzi.
    • Kayaks / canoes / pedalos available. It's nice to go around the island.
    • Lovely forest trail to cute cascade
    • Cute beach reachable by car or boat with wood barbecue
    • Pool table (only one though, can be busy)
    • Comfy beds (at least in the cottage)

    Cons:
    • Kitchen in our cottage was ridiculously badly equipped. A cottage is big enough to host 18 people, yet the kitchen's complete cutting equipment consisted in a dull bread knife, a had small paring knife with a broken tip and a flimsy 6"x8" cutting board. We had to ask for a baking pan and a mixer. The only measuring tool was a single graduated cup; no measuring spoons or balance available. Underpowered fridge with some broken parts. Very little counter space. No dishwasher, flimsy dish drying rack. Kitchen is barely lit.
    • Buggy wifi setup. It's silly that you constantly have to click on 'connect', but worse is that some devices seem to get locked out entirely. Try turning wifi off and then back on, it might work after a multiple times, or not.
    • Almost no pedestrian paths anywhere. The only exception is from main building to swimming pool; to go from cottage / beach / swimming pool / activity center to any other spot, you have to cut through grass and usually have to cross paved roads or rocks.
    • There are many piers to jump in the water from, but all but one are devoid of stairs to climb back up. How difficult is it to install these? Adding a diving board / slide / or a pier a little out in the water would be a nice addition.
    • Quite likely to being waken up by a noisy hydroplane taking off; why not schedule trips a bit later (or not at all)?
    • Overpriced activities. Want to fish? It's 50$ per person for a half day. Your group wants to rent a long canoe for 10 people? It's 30$ per person for 90 minutes.
    • "Volleyball field" consist of a flimsy net over a grassy field.
    • No ping pong / foosball / anything else.
    • Dry sauna controls broken for the whole week (male changing room)
    • Atrocious decorative posters in our cottage.
    • Underwhelming restaurant; best pick raw/smoked/marinated trout over just about anything else cooked. Overpriced dinner menu. Sunday brunch seems to be to the only interesting option.
