An experienced chef, top quality food with exquisite flavors, a passionate cook, an extraordinary popularizer and communicator for everything related to local forest foods. There is nothing to complain about, other than a WoW! And believe me, I'm quite critical and quite hard to impress……I warmly recommend it.
