This camp cares for every aspect of development in both the children and staff that are here.

I went to a ladies retreat to Camp Livingstone. This is a wonderful place to spend quiet time. Nature is all over the place, they have well-identified walking trails. We found a little river that joins the lake. Very nice.
The cabins are for 3 to 6 people. Very rustic but clean. The shower doesn't have enough space but totally doable (I'm 240 pounds so smaller people won't have major issues) toilet is separated from the shower, which is very helpful for the groups of 6 people taking places between shower and toilet.
I learned they have their own camps for children and young, but they also rent the place to churches to do their own retreats/camps. They have a big kitchen, a place to eat. The salon where you can have meetings can fit about 80 people. There are three bathrooms there. Cozy.
The closest shopping center and city is about 20 minutes by car. So it's really a place for a time of solitude.
