    Outstanding Mental Health Resource

    Hello,
    I had help following my son's mental health diagnosis (BPD). It was helpful and still is.
    I learned to set more limits, to think of myself, to see that the urgency sometimes is not so urgent.
    Ex. Is there a death?

    I had a crush on my speaker Nathalie.
    She is attentive, warm, organized, makes me laugh 😂, confronts me, helps me to walk and play down. Also, she gives me her technological stuff 😉 and shares her efficient purchases with me.
