Le Sandbar

Our family had a fantastic dinner at Le Sandbar. The view of Lake Champlain was beautiful and the menu was impressive from the blue cheese burger to the salmon grilled and served on a cedar plank. To top it all off, the team was friendly and the restaurant was very family friendly with high chairs for kids. A great summer spot and even in the fall when it’s colder.

Great staff and the view was fantastic. My only comment was the Buffalo burger was slightly bland aside from the Buffalo sauce which was much too strong for my own tastes and overpowered the rest of my meal. My wife's meal was fantastic, she had the spaghetti carbonara.

I had the spaghettini carbonara and it was absolutely delicious, it had lots of pancetta just do way I love it
the egg yolk on top was chef’s kiss
the mojito was also good and sweet
even though it was a bit pricy, it was worth it because the food was amazing

6 years living in Montreal eating non sense tasteless “toute garnie” pizza to find this place just 1h away with the best pizza I have tried in Quebec. I will definitely visit again the place.
