They were very efficient at replying to my concerns and questions. I learned a lot from their social media rep and it was very easy to contact them. The site is fairly easy to navigate, with only a few issues with selecting the colours in the photos (small pictures of what you’re actually choosing, and product photos in colours that aren’t available). Overall, the purchasing experience was nice and my needs were cared for selflessly. ProÉcolo is a great company and supports an eco-friendly lifestyle. Their gift kit is perfect for my needs!

Before moving out of Montreal for the south, I got used to buy ecological items to reduce my waste. So I started to look around for places where I could buy similar products closer to my new home and I found this place. They sell a lot of ecological products (reusable wraps, item not made of plastic, items that you can buy in bulk). I think this place is worth discovering. Them items might be pricey, but you have to keep in mind that they are not created to be used only once. Also, for the kombucha lovers, they sell kombucha on tap there.

Great place to purchase éco friendly and local goods at reasonable prices. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Love that they are also almost paperless, bills are sent by email instead of printed.
