Eric, and their team were great to work with. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and completed everything in a timely manner for us to be cleared to close a week before our closing date. He especially took a lot of time to explain everything to us at the beginning of the process for all the loan terminology that we did not understand as first time home buyers. He never made us feel rushed or just like a number.
