Quincaillerie Home Hardware - Rigaud

Customer Service excellence like I have never seen.
I made an error on where I order my garbage bin for pickup. Thought that I ordered from the Rigaud, Quebec location, but found out when I went to pick it up that I had order it from Fontaine Home Hardware in Saint-Philippe. Between the owner of the Home Hardware in Rigaud location & Fontaine location arranged for me to get my garbage in. Goes to show you that if you support your local suppliers/stores, your expectations will be exceeded. I can't thank you both for all your help and support. Outstanding Customer Service.

Definitely worth stopping in to check for deals, since it's not always listed on the site or flyer.

Trying to have all the stuff off a full size super store in a convenience store space, result is verry few choices of everything. I couldn't find bronze/copper like spray paint. Nothing to say about the service though 10 on that.

Perfect spot for the most part. Very fast service when searching for things. They obviously don't have everything but great when you need a few small things. I also like that they are a shipping drop point for UPS (I think it was UPS). My only criticism, lack of billingual service. Cannot stress it enough, especially in Rigaud where this seems to be a major issue. When you are taking money from your clients, you should greet them in their mother tongue, it is only respectful. All politics and linguistic differences should be pushed aside by the establishment side when providing a service, that responsibility should not fall on the clients. I would assume any savvy business person would put the success of their business over their language preferences any day.

HOWEVER, in this particular case... despite the language difference, I am still greeted with kindness and respect so I'm only removing 1 star from my review. Now if they could get some billingual customer service, this review will turn into 5 stars because they truly are a great establishment.
