His manner of speaking and his availability is "So Worth mentionning".. He takes the time needed to explain certain situations and never makes me feel like I'm wasting his time with my questions,. Todd is very polite and professional,. I see now that I'm in GREAT hands with him and having peace of mind when it comes to insurance is Priceless...
