(January 24, 2017, 9:09 pm)Lengthy automated phone with tons of options but if they're all busy, they end by automatically hanging up on you. If you're too busy, say it eight away and hang up rather than waste 3-4 mins of time on the phone.

It's much better showing up in person but even then it is way too small of a space.
Dealing with the people in person once you're finally there isn't too bad and they're all generally pretty informed on whichever subject you talk to then about which is impressive and cannot say the same for the phone service.
Parking is a nightmare there even though there's tons of parking, you're just not allowed.
Besides all that, the organization itself is pretty important and does some good stuff but it's confusing, frustrating and difficult to follow all the different elements of either being a worker or an employee. Now that I'm an employer it's even more difficult and confusing.
