I brought my Herman Miller filing cabinet to make a key in reference to the code number on the lock ... and Bohdan the lockmith guy at the counter was very helpful and put time and effort to resolve my NO key problem. I think its a family business so they work very hard to keep customers happy ... and Bohdan called me back as promised when I left a massage with over the phone customer service woman!
