Mostra Newman - Condos locatifs

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of moving to the Mostra Newman building in Lasalle, Montreal, and it left a positive impression thus far. The building has amazing amenities that contribute to a comfortable living environment. The building counts with an amazing administration staff, Nina Dettore and Nathalie Berger, who are always super kind and attentive. Its service and maintenance staff are always keeping the building clean and stunning! Moreover, the premium location with numerous nearby businesses enhances the overall convenience of residing in Mostra Newman. It's a commendable choice for those seeking a well-equipped and welcoming living space in the heart of Lasalle!

We love it here - have been a Mostra's residents since 2022. When looking for a new place of residence, Mostra Newman checked every single checklist we had and had so much more to offer compared to our previous (much more expensive and much less comfortable or maintained) central Montreal locations. There are multiple perks of being Mostra residents: stunning Pavillion equipped with the gym, pool n game tables, working centres, bowling room, pet washing and bike fixing rooms, vending machines etc.; a rooftop terrace (with stunning unobstructed views on Mont Royal, Oratory etc.) with an outdoor pool, BBQ and picnic zones, communal kitchen and atelier; spacious indoor parking with the car wash, communal auto, and electric car charger etc. The Pavilion and the entrance hall designs deserve to be featured in the Architectural Digest (see the images). From day one, the admin team (Christian, Nathalie, Nina, Ann-Marie) have been very responsive to our needs, available when need be, always doing the best they can to sustain a hospitable environment for all residents. The maintenance team (both Francois, Frank and Mario) do an excellent and efficient job to keep the place tidy, luxurious, and well functioning. Both, admin and maintenance teams are friendly and dedicated to all residents and do an incredible job. We highly recommend Mostra Newman to anyone searching for a new home. A ++++! We LOVE OUR HOME!

I've lived here since it was built. First dealt with Christian (such a nice person!) And now I get the pleasure of seeing and speaking to Nina and Nathalie almost daily!
They're so nice and help you get problems solved as quick as possible!

When searching for places to move to, Mostra came up as a big and most welcome surprise with its great location and superb amenities. The building is well maintained and clean thanks to the nice maintenance staff. All service and administrative inquiries are always greatly dealt with by the friendly management team Nina Dettore and Nathalie Berger.

A great place to live. Very happy with the amenities,cleanliness,activities, service and management of the condo apts. Added benefit of easy access to highways,parks,waterfront,public transport, and shopping areas.
