Nice new clean place but the choice is better in Downtown or Point Claire. Like the shiny floors here.

This store is so clean and organized. It's easy o find what you are looking for.

I scored an amazing pillow, on sale, but, when it came time to pay, no cashier in
sight. I had to walk through several departments, to finally find a young man, to serve me. Too bad, it's such a nice (new) store

Very large and nice store!! it gives you a feeling of being in a high end store.. I went for a watch and my usual perfume.. The girls at the perfume section were very helpful and she took my number to call when it would on special, since I was also looking for a gift set. To my surprise, she did call so I went and I got my usual perfume and a gift set I was looking for. In the watch section, I had a very attentive young guy, so I ended up buying a watch :) I've here a few times, lots of parking and customer service truly nice :) no need to go crazy downtown..

Nice store. However, I visited on Sunday. first, there was no customer service. was in the men's section as well as the men's show section. secondly, It was very difficult to locate a cash register. Someone walked by me and I asked if they knew where the register was and the response was "good question" and then pointed me in the direction. i don't have a problem with someone pointing me towards a register, but I think it's a problem when the employees are not sure where the registers are located. the last thing that happened, is the reason I am writing this review. I purchased a pair of shoes. I went to the womens shoe section to pay. they charge me, I pay. after I pay, they tell me they have no bags. I had to carry the shoes I bought (no bags, no box) in my hands. really? anyway, pretty turned off by the bag thing.
