  Would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to get fit, rehabilitate or just stay healthy. Bobbys attention to detail will not only help you reach your goals; but his knowledge of the human anatomy will ensure you attain them in the proper manner, while understanding every exercise and step of the procedure. His 3 step program will definitely get you to where you want to be, by challenging you with a variety of different warm ups, stretches and exercises. I continuously look forward, not only to my improvement and development, but also to what challenges his next program will offer me. Keep up the good work!!! ????????????????????????

  Bobby is not only experienced at what he does but he uses his basis of all the education that he has gained through his education he puts into practice to make you stronger and injury free. If there is a strength and conditioning coach and trainer to go see in Montreal, go see Bobby for all of your needs whether it be for general health or athletics.

  Wow! I can’t say enough great things about this place and the trainer. Punctual, accommodating and clearly passionate about his work and his client’s success. Supportive work environment and always professional yet approachable. This brother and sister duo helped treat my injury and build a better foundation of strength and mobility to avoid any future injuries. I also follow both of them on social media in order to learn and grow from their combined wealth of knowledge about their respective fields. My follow-ups with this clinic are an absolute pleasure.

  The trainers here really listen to your concerns and objectives. Anusan helped me improve my strength, while keeping in mind my body's limitations.
