(Series on Zoom) What I like in his approach is the non-judgment of the body. I felt very safe. Her voice is super soothing!

With her Awareness Through Movement (PCM) online series, Andréa has created an oasis of peace and gentleness for us in this pandemic. His voice, his deep experience of the Feldenkrais method and the personal follow-up of his students invite me to relax.
