My recent visit to Justin was for foot pain with no apparent injury. The pain was preventing me from walking and exercising. I received a thorough examination and was provided with a personalized exercise program to strengthen my foot. I was also given recommandations on how to proceed with regards to daily activities, walking, and exercising which alleviated my apprehension. Justin was thorough, empathetic and practical. Within a month I was back to my regular exercise routine, including dancing twice a week - pain free!

I had a knee injury that prevented me from running more than 5 minutes. Justin got me to the point where I can run over 5km without pain. He is very knowledgeable and treats his clients with care, respect and patience.
