Norway Bay Golf Course at Astra Estates

I was raised during the summers in Norway Bay and spent many hours first as a child finding lost balls in the creek and then as an adult golfing with family and friends. I was very sad to see the golf course close a few years ago and thrilled last fall to see it was being renovated for reopening. I played it today and it is back to its "old self", a fun and challenging course that is very well maintained. Jodi and John have done a great job not only on the course but also on the pro shop, small store and cafe. They are so welcoming and appreciative of the special place this is to so many of us. It feels like home again :)

I learned how to golf decades ago on this course, and was very excited last year to see it was reopening. It has come back very nicely and the new owners have obviously done a ton of work. Look forward to golfing here again for many years at our Norway Bay family reunion.

Had a wonderful round of golf, followed by amazing smoked meat for dinner. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuine. I highly recommend this venue for beautiful atmosphere, high quality service, and great food.

Great breakfast in a beautiful setting! Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming venue for my morning brew! Plus they really do have the best hash browns! And their head of guest relations is the best!

Been there more than a handful of times this season. Love what they have done to the place so far. The owners are very friendly and actually care about what the people want and take action! As a newer golfer, I feel very comfortable there. Driving range is fun, the course is getting better as time goes on, and the food is amazing and well priced. Can’t wait to keep spending the rest of my off time there 🥰😊
