(October 30, 2016, 1:20 pm)when my daughter called for a loaner car while mine was going there for service she was rudely spoken to. I work in the public sector for I am working in a parts dept. and if I ever hear that type of comment from someone in my dept. I would be very angry, for its people like us that bring in the money. your service maniger gave me a good service despite the fact they performed service on my truck over 100.00 without my approvial.I will try you out one more time and if I am not satisified will send my truck to another dealer .
