Officially my favourite yoga studio and the reason I fell back in love with yoga! The studio is so intimate, cute and quaint - love the ambiance. The instructors are exceptional - I love that they’re bilingual , the experience they create during their class and they really push you in all the best ways giving you a stellar full body workout!!! Thank you Sophie and Marie-Josee for your inspiring class and amazing energy! I highly recommend.

First yoga experience done at this. I enjoyed it very much. The teachers are super competent. Classes range from beginner to more advanced and are varied in style. Courses more focused on relaxation, others on stretching and others on movement. One thing is sure is that you will be hot. Cloakroom with locker and shower. Equipment rental possible. A free trial is possible to try the experience. So I recommend the place 100%. Thanks to Ève-marie for the experience, an invested owner.

Perfect rental. Very clean locker rooms and premises. The reception staff are super nice. I love the free tea and the cold towel at the end of the session.
