Smoke Meat Pete

I realy love the old style set up. Waitress serve the dishes by calling clients names. Space is small and full of people. Clients are happy and friendly. The atmosphere is like long time ago...

For a person that’s not a big fan of smoke meat, my interest of this place falls on the bbq. The ribs here are on the sweeter side, but it’s very good! They serve you the sides of smoked liver and hot dog that somehow reminded me of children.

The place is very lively and good to grab a drink!

Excellent food, live music. Location is a bit far from Montreal and accessible only by car. Better to have reservation, really crowded in the evenings when the band is playing.

My first time here and I loved it. I'm usually not one to have a smoked meat sandwich, but I was convinced today. I went in about 2pm and there was basically no line so I ordered and the line filled behind me and stayed in full rotation the whole time I was there chowing down on one of the yummiest smoked meat sandwiches I've ever had. I sat at the bar and food was brought super fast. The staff was nice, the bathroom was clean, no complaints, Check this place out if you haven't already. Might go back...those ribs looked really good.
