I got free shipping for no min. amount for my 2nd order. All the compatible label cartridges (12 nos. in different colours & sizes from 9 -18mm) worked in my Brother PT-400AD. Truly budget-friendly instead of the super-expensive OEMs. Each one also had an insert reminder to tighten the tape in a counter-clockwise direction before use - an important tip.
