(September 19, 2018, 10:27 pm)Very inflexible hours makes pickups and returns very difficult. They charged us $55 for a torn tablecloth which will cost them less than $10 to replace, plus the cost of the rental of it. We're quite sure we're not responsible for the tear but we ended up paying exorbitantly for its replacement anyway. If you're considering renting from them, make sure to check the condition of EVERY item before taking it from them, otherwise you'll be paying for someone else's problem.
