I have been on several trips organized by Ixtapa and they make it so easy. Sure, I could book trips myself but to have their expertise and to travel with locals makes the trip experience so much better. If there were any glitches in plans, they were quick to fix or find a solution for their clients. Their wealth of knowledge and travel experience encourage me to trust them and not lose any sleep over details.

We haven't used a Travel Agent in years but decided to stop into Ixtapa Travel for some advice on our trip. We worked with Mira and she answered our questions never pushing for us to book through her. We did end up letting Mira book our entire trip. Changes were made along the way and never once felt like it was too much work for her to make these changes. She was great and will use Ixtapa Travel and Mira if the need ever arises.
