OK Tire

I spoke with Rod over the phone in regards to an out of province inspection I needed.Rod was so friendly and honest.
Taylor was awesome in regards to what I needed to get done on my vehicle. Dan who did the repairs did an awesome job !! I would highly recommend going to Ok tire and will go for any further work I need. !!

I was visiting for the night and I woke up with a flat tire on Friday. I called around to see who could change it and put the fixed tire back on. I brought it to a different shop and did not receive a call so I stopped in 5 mins before close, and it wasn’t done. I then brought it to OK tire with 15 minutes until their close. I told the manager my issue and prayed he could patch my tire as I had to drive home on the highway right after.

He said “I’ll see what I can do” .. so I wait no more than 10 minutes and he brings out my tire. So I asked “what do I owe ya?” to which he responds “can you do me one thing?” So I said of course, anything. He goes “have a good weekend” and gives me my tire free of charge.

He did in 10 minutes before close what the other tire shop couldn’t do in 4 hours. Wouldn’t even consider going to any other tire shop after this experience. OK tire service is unmatched!

I’ve always been treated SO well at this store than I can’t imagine going elsewhere. From shuttle service, to quick and timely service, I trust the boys at OK with all 3 my vehicles. Vintage and new. Thanks to Andrew, Rod, Dan, and everyone at the 8th St location.

I take my personal vehicle and work vehicles to OK TIRE for absolutely everything. Work was always done quick and efficiently, and explained to me so someone who is not mechanically inclined understands what's going on. Taylor at the front desk always has a big smile on and in the best mood. Andrew is always ready to go the extra mile for anyone. They will be getting my business for years to come!

Amazingly fast, friendly and honest service with great prices....and a large enough hoist for 'Bernie' (my 1 tonne camper van)! I couldn't be happier. Thanks OK Tire Team...you are definitely my kind of people (& business)!
