Kolibab Mechanial

There were some issues with the manufacturer of my AC which caused quite a delay - but once we were able to figure things out, my AC was replaced immediately and Scott did a great job (he replaced the entire unit in less than 3 hours!). Abigail was also great to deal with and tried her best to keep me informed. Though I wasn't happy with the multi-week delay, I do understand it was out of Kolibab's hands and they did their best!

We had an issue with the cooling system in our condo, scott was very helpful, he immediately thought of every possible way to help us, he even contacted the management of the building several times.
He was on time, very responsive and extremely fast and accurate with everything he did.

We had purchased a brand new home back in November 2019 and we started to have some issues with our AC late spring. I called and talked to Abby and she sent out a tech. We were super happy with the tech who was sent out to our home. His name was Scott and I have to say that he gave us so much more information not just about our AC but also our furnace, HRV and humidifier. He was very professional and very informative! He gave us some great information on how to keep our home running smoothly! Abby and Scott both showed fantastic customer service and we are completely satisfied customers!
