Merlin Ford

I went into Merlin, explained the dollar amount I was willing to pay. John found the "RIGHT" vehicle for me, I am delighted with the product.

Just had my 2018 Explorer in for an oil change "The Works" and a couple of warranty issues. Unbelievable service. They are really following Covid-19 restrictions and I felt very safe there. Darren, the service adviser, was attentive and truly listened to my concerns. The two young gentlemen (and they were gentlemen) who provided transportation to and from the dealership were outstanding!
I would highly recommend this dealership!

I went to several used car dealerships looking for a decent 2013-2017 Car, and couldn't find anything within a decent price range. I ended up deciding I wanted a fusion, so I went directly to Merlin after having found the car on their website.

Given I was coming off of dealing with some...Less than nice used car dealers, I was a bit worried it'd be the same here, and I was certainly wrong. Tom Geenan and Ron Hyshka helped me get the vehicle ready for a test drive, out on the road, and eventually get the keys in to my hand. They also thoroughly explained everything about the current warranty still on the vehicle!

Overall I have to say I was thoroughly surprised, I never expected buying a vehicle from a dealership would be so smooth.

Larry and the gang at Merlin were great. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. I had shopped around to a number of other dealers including competing Ford dealerships. The staff at Merlin were very transparent and easy going; read no high-pressure sales tactics here. I actually drove away with a better deal on a vehicle that was more in-line with what my wife and I actually wanted than expected when going in. I will definitely be a repeat Merlin customer!
