I had issues from the start and wasnt able to access the entrance gate for the first few days upon purchasing my storage unit. The owners were extremely apologetic and ensured that I was stillExtr to access my unit at anytime of the day or night at their own expense. Extrwemely friendly and accommodating. Very good first experience.

Changed to Passion Safe for Storage because of the 24hr access and the staff. I switched from a larger chain, but the price difference is minimal. Being able to drive up to my storage locker, and have it heated is second to none.

The app for the gate and storage locker alerts is convenient.

The owner, and staff are friendly and helpful. They are more than willing to help support local.

You need a place safe and secure to storage your belonging that place it's perfect and trust worthy. The staff are respectful and helpful. I pray and thank God who send those angel to me.
