  Our company recently used this retailer to purchase a condolence bouquet. We asked if they would please send us a picture of the flower arrangement once it was completed, along with a copy of the receipt.
  The flowers were absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness when putting this bouquet together.

  Truly blown away by the level of customer service. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to the hospital. Received a call minutes after submitting the online order letting me know that they couldn't deliver to a patient in a certain wing of the hospital and that the bouquet I selected had lilies which is also a no go with hospitals. They delayed the delivery and followed up directly with the hospital when the patient moved to a room that would accept flowers and switched out the lilies for a hospital friendly flower. I was honestly speechless that they went the extra mile (and more) on my order. You don't see this above and beyond customer service very often.

  I recently used Quinn and Kim’s Grower Direct to send my mom some flowers for her birthday. I moved from Saskatoon to Australia a few years ago and it is hard to be away from family and wanted to do something nice for mom. I got an email from Linda at the shop saying they were out of one of the flowers from the bouquet I had ordered. She asked if I wanted to choose another or if she should just substitute. I said I trusted her to substitute. The resulting bouquet was even more beautiful than the one I chose! I had been using random florists in Saskatoon over the years to send flowers to family but from now on I am sticking with Grower Direct! Great communication and a great result. Cheers from Down Under!

  Great experience! I ordered flowers for a family member's birthday and had to switch the delivery date at the last minute. Quinn was super responsive and helpful. The recipient loved her flowers!
