Amazing service! They treated me exactly how I needed to be treated, not like Lulu was "just a dog". They are so understanding and compassionate. They picked her up from Saskatoon after she was put down, waited until I was ready to go through with the service, and delivered her ashes. Thank you Kurtis and Joy! I would never go with a different company, no matter how far away I lived!

Over the years I have lost three dogs and four cats. Prairie Pet has handled some of my pets, and others were taken to a business just South of Saskatoon. The difference between service and attitude/approach is like night and day. The business south of Saskatoon treats your pets as a commodity, referring to them as 'it'. Prairie Pet has picked up my pets, and has always displayed care, concern, and compassion; both for me and for my pets. When my girlfriend lost her dog, her companion of over 11 years, I all but begged her to contact Prairie Pet. She opted to take her pet to the business south of Saskatoon and received the same attitude, with her beloved companion being repeatedly referred to as 'it'. In the future, when I need this type of service, I will contact Prairie Pet 100% of the time. I will tell anyone else I come across the same thing.
