    January - 30 day challenge :
I knew I had dental surgery early January, and I’d miss about a week of practicing so I didn’t get my hopes up for 30.
The week after my surgery I was feeling better and saw how awesome everyone was doing and so I pushed myself the last week to get 31 in. A little motivation from others gets me going in a challenge ???? AND
Knowing that the instructors will give you variations when you’re not ???? is so awesome!
    Practicing consistently is key!
Try PLY- you’ll love it ????

If you are looking for a yoga studio that has great energy and knowledgeable teachers eager to share their passion and special unique gifts....this is the studio for you! Brenna and Brit have created a space to learn, explore, discover, challenge and grow. They offer a wide variety of classes, workshops and fun challenges to get you on your mat. But more than anything, they are creating a community where you come in as a student and soon become a friend. Whether you are a local or traveling through....you have to check out this studio!

Having the ability to practise in a hot environment is so amazing!!! To be able to walk on a warm floor, makes it so easy to relax on your mat. The teachers are all very welcoming and interested in your practise as you leave.
ALL the teachers are well trained. Each offering little extras to each of their classes. The work shops and extra classes that are offered, allows young and old to enjoy the benefits of yoga.

    Well done pureliving yoga team❤️
