I just had my AC unit serviced by Smile Plumbing & Heather Regina and was very happy I called them. The technician was very thorough by explaining what was wrong with the unit and gave me the options to consider (e.g. fixing vs buying a new one). He did a tremendous job and I would highly recommend to anyone...so much so that I felt it warranted posting my first ever Google review. I had a great experience with this company! My air conditioner wasn't cooling the house properly. My technician diagnosis the problem immediately and gave me possible ways to correct the problem. The technician was professional, upfront about costs and showed me directly on the air conditioner where the possible leak originated from . Would definitely making a call to this company again If I have any further issues with my unit.

Fantastic experience! He was able to come to our house same day and quickly diagnosed the issue. Not only did he get our furnace up and running, he took time to explain the issue and gave us some information to address the issue in the future. Would highly recommend!
