Jared was good with knowing what I was looking for. I was a little disappointed that the flavour and size of what I was looking for wasn’t in stock and something else I was after wasn’t in stock because it wasn’t a big seller. This was the first time that I’ve seen a lot of empty shelves but I understand it’s probably due to the recent economy and lack of sales due to gyms being closed.

It is always a pleasure to attend the store and speak with the crew. They are always helpful and genuinely look happy to be working and are always ready to answer any questions. This is my go to store to grab supplements. I highly recommend this store within the City of Regina. Wicked team! ??

Excellent customer service! But stock is kept low which is not ideal. They will order in what you need but may not have what you want in stock ....

The staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly.

The store is great.
Nevertheless, the young woman working there was very unprofessional and rude. When asked about alternative products other than the one I purchase regularly, she sighed, and rolled her eyes at me. The minute someone else walked in, she completely ignored me and started serving the other client. I was surprised by her behaviour given that i received great customer service from the young man at the downtown location. The owner is a good business person and very helpful from what I gathered in the limited interactions I had with him. Pleasant presence.
My advice is: AVOID this location and this sales rep.
