They have some absolutely amazing staff but unfortunately the manager is the type of person who confronts you immediately and with an extremely hostile tone. She has yet to make an issue of mi e better but has always managed to make the situation more volatile. If it wasn't for the rest of the staff there I would take my business elsewhere in a heartbeat. The staff get 5 stars but the manager gets 0
🏴 Flag as inappropriatei have banked with scotia for years. yes the branches change over but im finding regent park is forever changing staff. its hard to retrack your stuff everytime for new staff when you know they have it. years ago was greeted by name now i feel like a number.
