  Food and service top notch! Wait staff was great, Andi was friendly and catered to our every need. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

  Waited to be seated even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Once I got a table the waitress was practically rushing me through everything, she gave me about 30 seconds to decide my order, which she got wrong and had to take it back to the kitchen and even though my coffee cup was almost full of coffee she kept refilling it without asking. I had to ask her to stop. Then with 2 bites into my breakfast she was slapping down the bill and saying "bye now"! The food was fine although overpriced, over $20 for a simple bacon and 2 egg breakfast. It may have been a better experience if I had a different waitress.

  If you're in the mood for breakfast, this is a really great option. Food is excellent, coffee is good and the service, for us, was attentive but not interruptive.
  
  Prices are standard -full breakfast is around $15 just like most other places of this class.
  
  The new menu is interesting - we'll be back to try some of the new items!

  Regina has a very distinct culinary culture (that is, barely any, and mostly corporate).
  
  With that said, however, Perkins provides that home-grown feel, all across North America. If you long for a taste of home, thisnl Perkins will taste like your home Perkins. It's up to you if that is a good thing or not.
  
  Busy AF Saturday morning. Good mostly any other time.

  Perkins is my favorite restaurant place in Regina, however I feel it is underrated. Everyone talks about all the classic breakfast stops but no one talks about Perkins - I have no idea why. I have been to Perkins several times and every single time service has been prompt and incredible. The food is amazing and the prices aren't too bad either. Highly recommend.
