In response to your 2002 Celica with the incorrect transmission installed that has a rubber oil cap plugging the linkage from the Toyota MR2. When the service was being completed the manager on duty had brought to your attention the rubber oil cap was cracked and leaking and at the time of the service he was unaware of the incorrect transmission and what purpose the plug was installed for, but the rubber plug was not used as a fill plug. I am sorry for the inconvenience of the oil spot on your drive way, if you happen to find a proper replacement for the rubber plug we would be happy to install it at no charge to you. Always go here for my oil changes (quick, knowledgeable and friendly) but today I needed to get a signal light changed to. The technician not only replaced the light but noticed my other light wasn’t in properly and went ahead and fixed that too. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was awesome!

Excellent customer service, top notch. Wait time wasn't too long. The mechanic was knowledgeable and recommended some things but wasn't pushy about it. I will be returning!
