I must say this was one of the best experiences I've had with customer service. I was last minute Christmas tree hunting with my 2.5 yr old daughter. This was my first time tree shopping and also while being 21 weeks pregnant. I called Cedar Creeks to see if they had any left and one of the owners Brad answered. He was SO friendly on the phone and ensured me that he will give me a hand when I got there. As soon as I parked I could see him from inside putting on his jacket to come outside and greet me. Once we found the tree he asked if I was planning on putting it up as soon as I got home. I said I'd have to ask a neighbor it family member to come over and help as my husband is away working for a while and I can't lift anything heavy. So without hesitation he said he would deliver it for me AND set it up!!!! I was in absolute awe of his kindness. I highly recommend this place to anybody. Inside the store was stunning and everyone was sooooo friendly. It was such a great experience. Thank you Brad!
