His brother ensured that the car that I was interested in was warmed up and that everything was working correctly. He even highlighted parts in the manual that he thought I would need in the near future. No gimmicks or extra fees. Merv took the time to explain everything, didn't rush or push and I was able to take the vehicle on numerous test drives by myself! Plus I so love the vehicle that I did purchase! Thanks again Southey Motors for making this experience enjoyable!
