After speaking with Toni, I am very happy with the resolution. She reviewed their video footage, said that the girl involved was coached, and apologized for what took place. That is all I could ask for. -

(August 11, 2020, 3:11 am)All hotel amenities were closed due to Covid-19 so got a great deal. Grab and go breakfast was adequate. Rooms were comfy and clean. Check in and check out were fast. My daughter forgot her charger in the room, but was told that the housekeeping staff didn't find anything when cleaning. Disappointed that someone stole it and not feeling like our belongings are safe there anymore.

(August 10, 2020, 10:39 pm)It was GREAT simply because of our experience with the manager of the hotel (Toni). She went ABOVE & BEYOND, in ways that are uncommon in customer service and hospitality. The restrictions due to covid were unfortunate, but the impeccable service from her will have us coming back to that hotel for years.
