Amazing customer service and knowledge! I was searching for a laundry set and Alex was very helpful. Gave me a brand background as I didn't know much and also explained everything about the different types. The agitators, auto sensing, top or front loading to me so well so I knew I got the right one for my needs. On top of all that he stayed open late so I could make it down after work, and when I couldn't figure it out he came to my house and helped me hook it up!
