I have dealt with Naber Ford for over a decade. During this time I have purchased and serviced two vehicles at Naber Ford. During some recent interprovincial travel, my car started making noise. I took it to a tire shop and they told me a wheel baring was gone and needed to be replaced. They wanted to replace it right away.

I decided to wait. I called Naber Ford. Nabers told me it was abnormal for a wheel baring to go on my type of SUV but as soon as I was back, they would look at it. They booked it in quickly and gave me a loner car in the mean time. The service department did a detailed inspection of my car and found NOTHING wrong. Nabers said they believed a rock must have gotten stuck in my brake system and caused noise until the rock was spit out. There was nothing to worry about. They saved me almost $1000!!!!!! I am thankful to deal with a dealership who always seeks the customers best interest and not their own.
