(December 15, 2018, 2:55 pm)Very cozy place with reasonable rates. Less than 10 minutes from Jay peak. Comfortable queen size bed with futon as well so can accommodate 4+ people. There’s a tv and fridge and a private entrance. The hot tub and excellent baked goods from Arlene are a bonus!!
