Great resource for the island. We ordered a suite of appliance from them. Excellent service. Lorein is great to work with and Bob did a great job converting my stove to propane.
Our dryer arrived damaged, it had bad door that would not stay closed. No issues with returning and they ordered a new one, and it should arrive in about a week. Lorein said it was a lemon because it arrived inoperable.
I would definatly use them again, although since I have all new stuff hopefully I won't need them for a long time.

Great customer service nice priced appliances without having to leave the island

Great service from beginning to end. Bought the Kenmore series 500 with KNOBS (NOT the the push button style). Delivery was right on time when they said they would be here. Out with the old, in with the new hooked up and going in about 15 minutes.

This place is amazing! So grateful to have someplace like this on the island.

I purchased an oven at the Sears Hometown store here in Friday Harbor and I can't say enough good things about the experience. The staff were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've lived on San Juan Island for years and dealt with needing to go to the mainland for purchasing major appliances, so having the option to get the oven delivered and installed was a huge benefit. The installation turned put to be very tricky and they really went the extra mile to get it set up for me. I will definitely be going there again for future purchases! And thank you so much to the owner and all the staff, you're amazing!
