I love starting the week with Amy in her 30-minute free qigong & mudra meditation class via her Compassion Meditation & Qigong Practice Group on Facebook. She facilitates a connection between breath and movement, between mind and body - it’s a gift to join this group each Monday. I'm so pleased that even though we don't live near one another I can still learn from her online. I can't wait to join her for a retreat this year and spend two weeks together steeped in compassion meditation and qigong, while exploring beautiful cultures and landscapes. Thank you Amy!

Amy Pattee Colvin is an artful mentor. She blends meditation, qigong, and insightful conversation into a program that helps women safely explore their personal challenges, and she offers practical and insightful tools to help change your mindset and increase vitality. I’ve taken Amy’s weekend Cultivating Mindful Compassion workshop and often implement elements from that course into daily life. I look forward to attending a retreat with her in the future. I love her gentle approach to helping me see areas where I can grow, while at the same time helping me stand confidently in that place of knowing I am enough at this moment. Thank you for the work you do, Amy!

The two-day Cultivating Mindful Compassion workshop provided a wonderful opportunity to explore personal awareness for the beginner or intermediate student. Amy provides practical meditation instruction and brings participants on a reflective journey using a variety of facilitation formats. Amy’s emphasis on the inward and outward radiance of compassion is life-changing. I highly recommend this course and look forward to implementing this wisdom into my life.

I spent the entire weekend in this peaceful and natural setting and came home feeling completely relaxed. Amy Colvin's compassion training is a blend of meditation, Qigong, deep thought, and contemplative conversation which opens the mind. I was able to open mental doors I never knew were there...fantastic learning opportunity for me. Amy's teaching style is very relaxed, warm, and inviting. I highly suggest anyone wanting to find more compassion in themselves and extend it to others take her course!
