(August 1, 2018, 5:45 pm)Great place, family friendly, great amenities. A bit expensive. What was annoying was the ridiculous late check in time. We rented a cabin for 1 night and found out that unlike in other KOAs, check in was at 4 PM! With check out at 11 am, we basically spent one night, not one day there. That makes sense. We were also not allowed to check in earlier - though incl. us, only 2 of the 8 or so cabins were occupied that day. Check in times need to be moved forward.

(June 19, 2018, 3:31 pm)The employees are very friendly and came to check on us a couple times. The store is well stocked. (Although, every year I forget it closes early on Sunday, maybe the employees in the store can remind customers on Saturday). Lots of activities are planned throughout the day. I would rate Concrete KOA a solid 5 if the activities were better organized not just an afterthought, lawn was mowed and the overall maintenance of the property was better.
