Fujisan Sushi

Very large serving sizes and sushi sizes, ended up with more sushi than we could eat! All wonderful. The wasabi is really good. Wish they had a few options other than just sushi so everyone in my family could have something to eat. Will be coming back and telling everyone to go.

It's really nice to have a good sushi restaurant back in Bellingham. It has a nice light at atmosphere, pleasant service and great tasting sushi all prepared with care and skill. They use great quality ingredients and keep it simple honoring the Japanese tradition. I would recommend as the best sushi in town.

Sushi was delicious. We had simple rolls and some more elaborate rolls, all were excellent. Service was strong, staff is clearly still learning but they were fast and so friendly. Will return!

Food was excellent! Still soft opening and some improvement to be made (mostly in wait time for food and service) but this is a good new spot and i wish them the best! Looking forward to upping the rating!

My wife and I went to Fujisan during their soft opening and not only is the sushi delicious but we got a lot more than we expected. Typically with sushi restaurants, portions are very small but we got more than we expected. Great location. Seating is a bit tight but every great sushi restaurant I’ve been too has that same intimate seating arrangement. We will be back and wish them nothing but success! Highly recommend
