Brad Howell did a masterful job managing not only the sale of our house, but the entire process of getting it fixed up to sell. When we found the last renter we had left our cute rental house in very poor condition, Brad led the charge to get it brought back to "cute". The house never made it to listing! Sold! He knows the market, he knows the area, he knows people, he knows how to get the right house in front of the right people... He knows.
