  Great experience, highly recommend! Made a booking in advance with Rachel over the phone, then met the owner Daniel when we returned our rental trailer and checked into our storage unit. No issues, great customer service. Both were very friendly, professional and quick with the paperwork. Storage unit is warm and SUPER clean. Convenient loading area with lots of carts available and a GIANT elevator to get stuff up to the 2nd floor. Looking forward to coming back next time :-)

  I called today to get an estimate for a trailer hitch and Beca, the gal that answered the phone, was really nice and easy to talk to. She offered their services promptly and she has a snse of humor and professional at the same time.
  
  What scares me are the reviews posted. I now is having a second thought about going there. This business should answer the reviews posted so customers would know what took place and not just read the negatives.
  
  Guess I will wait and call other places to see what they have to offer.

  This year I went to This U-haul and got my trailer hitch installed. The service was quick and done right.
  Everything was fine except for their waiting area. They need to fix it so it’ll be pleasant to the customers spending time and waiting to get the work done on their vehicle. They only have one table with high chairs and you have to share the table with a stranger or walk around the store until your vehicle is done.
