Shawn Alexander helped me handle a complicated deed transfer between myself and business partner. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to make it happen, and drafted a Statutory Warranty Deed and Purchase and Sale Agreement for me. He also steered me away from a Quit Claim Deed, which I am really grateful for. He answered his phone when I first called him, and is very knowledgeable and willing to walk you through the details. Many lawyers can be patronizing and dismissive, but Shawn is the opposite and is an excellent person to work with.
